02. BROKERAGE ROLE: AXIS acts solely as a facilitator. We do not take title to assets, nor do we assume liability for manifest accuracy.
03. ACQUISITION TAX: A non-negotiable 10% fee is applied to all gross transaction values, earned upon introduction and payable at execution.
04. GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
